“ The food was great here! I've tried a lot of the items and I love both the bagels and the bowls, though my favorite is the kimchi fried rice or just a bagel with their specialty cream cheese! The staff was very welcoming and polite. Also, the restaurant itself is incredibly pretty and inviting, with many plants around and delightful decor. ”
“ Absolutely love Lillo Eatery! The kimchi fried rice is an absolute standout—perfectly balanced with just the right kick of spice and packed with flavor. It’s easily one of the best versions I’ve had anywhere. The outdoor patio is such a gem too—cozy, inviting, and a great spot to relax while enjoying your meal. The atmosphere, food quality, and friendly service make this place a must-visit. Five stars all the way! ”
“ 5 stars for Lillo Eatery! I had the bagel sandwich with scrambled eggs on the garlic and rosemary bagel—it was seriously delicious. The bagels are made fresh (you can tell), and all the ingredients were super high quality. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and kind, which made the experience even better. There’s plenty of seating inside, a nice patio for outdoor dining, and I loved all the indoor plants—the whole space has a really calm, inviting vibe. And for just 8? That sandwich was such a great value! Definitely worth a visit if you’re into good food and a chill spot to enjoy it. ”
“ Fantastic food and a chill atmosphere. They have a wide variety of bowls - my favorite being the Elote Bowl - and the bagels / smears are the best I have found in the Reno area! And, if you were a fan of Pola Poke, they still have poke bowls too. Really, there is something on the menu for whatever mood I'm in and everything has been amazing. ”
“ This eatery is so cute and picturesque, with a modern style and indoor plants everywhere. There's indoor and outdoor seating, with indoor seating along the windows near electrical outlets. There's no wifi for customers, though. The food was phenomenal I ordered and ate every last bit of the Mediterranean bowl. You can tell each food was selected and prepped with quality and intention. It all went so well. It's the best Mediterranean bowl I've had in Reno. I didn't order a specialty drink this visit, but their passion fruit-infused water was delicious. Overall, if you're looking for a locally owned and operated eatery with high-quality foods and an inviting atmosphere, this is a must. ”
“ I'm so excited for this place to finally open back up. I was such a huge fan of Pola and was thrilled with the new menu. My fiance and I went here for our 5th anniversary and got tot sample the new breakfast options and we went a bit crazy. We got the lox and bagel, the breakfast sandie, the mochi waffles, and ended up getting an espresso and even some oatmeal. The lox bagel is SOOOOOO FREAKING TASTY! Beautifully presented and so many flavors. Homemade bagel, homemade creamcheese, delicious smoked salmon, pickled red onion, and microgreens. 5/5 for sure. I didn't get to sample the breakfast sandie cause my fiance ate the whole thing before I got a chance to try it lol. I guess that speaks for itself though. I also go the mochi waffle which is made with mochi flour and has the consistency of the outer shell of mochi ice cream kind of. Basically a bit thicker and chewier on the inside but nicely crisp on the outside. Super unique and delicious especially with the fruit and purple fruity cream on the top. Again, looked and tasted great. Ending up with the oatmeal was a happy accident at the end and we were stuffed but had a bite and that was super delicious too. I wish I remembered all the ingredients and why that also had a unique flavor and consistency. But i brought it home and ate it later for lunch. Damn good! Everything at the cafe was so good and I really can't wait to sample the whole menu. Nothing will disappoint here, I can already tell and I'll be back a lot more. Thanks so much for helping us make our anniversary really fun and unique. ”
“ Visited the first time a couple of weeks ago when I posted the five star rating. Visited again today, and have more time to leave a comment. Lillo Eatery is fantastic. My first visit was late in the morning, the owner (I assume) took my order and it turned out my first two bagel choices were sold out. But the staff had just completed a to-go order of avocado toast on an everything bagel in error, which turned out to be my exact order on the sold out bagel I had wanted. The owner gave it to me at no charge given they need to remake it on the correct bagel and it was my exact order. I tried to pay for it and the owner said me taking it helped not create waste, which was so kind. Today, I went back with one of my sons. He order the shakshouka and I got the avocado toast on a Za’tar bagel. Both were delicious, and portions were so big we needed to-go boxes. We ended up making two more additional orders before leaving, an everything bagel sandwich for my other son & a 1/2 dozen bagels with cream cheese. Lillo Eatery is definitely going to be a regular place we visit. And clearly others too. From the moment we sat down to wait for our food, there was a line of people at the counter and at one point almost every seat was filled. Food is great, people are nice, and love supporting local businesses. ”
“ I went in with family who knows one of the cooks & I was pleasantly surprised! I had the spicy Poke bowl, my sister had the Elote bowl & my brother-in-law had the Grinder salad. All of us were really happy with our meals. We also tried the El Diablo & the Espresso de Olla mocktails and they were also delicious. I went in another time for a Poke bowl & tried their Rosemary bagel, which was one of the better bagels I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is sweet, with lots of natural light & plants. The staff is friendly & they put fruit in their water. What’s not to like? ”
